We ask that all public users and professionals adhere to these simple guidelines when interacting on the Flowation.com website, or off-site forums.
In the Forums:
Terms: Flowation is dedicated to helping the general public find spiritual-minded professionals to help with a variety of issues one may have. While we are devoted to free speech, we reserve the right to remove any content that does not respect these guidelines or that detracts significantly from our users’ experience. Failure to comply with any of these guidelines may also result in the temporary or permanent loss of posting privileges. If you have any questions, or to report any infractions, please Contact Us.
Inappropriate content: Do not engage in name-calling, threats, general rudeness or putting down of others, harassment, lewdness, or displays of bigotry.
Public users – Questions: Please ask questions directly related to your concern. We understand the need to be heard, but the best questions are brief and to the point. Do not post spam or irrelevant content.
Public users – Safety first: When posting questions, reviews or comments, don’t give out your personal information such as home or email addresses, telephone numbers, credit card numbers, social security numbers, passwords, etc. You may contact professionals directly from email links or phone numbers displayed on their profiles and then exchange personal contact information.
Professionals -Answering Questions: Answering questions is a great way to help the public get to know you and to highlight your skills. But remember those posting questions are looking for guidance, not a sales pitch.
Self-promotion: We encourage you to share information about your business or practice with the Flowation community; however, we ask that you do this in your profile. You may include links to your Flowation profile at the bottom of answers. But please do not directly solicit clients within the forums. Examples of direct solicitations are language such as “call me, contact me, go to my website for further information, etc.” Similarly, do not add contact information or links to your website in answers. Such information will be removed.
Give question specific answers: If you copy and paste the same answer to multiple questions your responses will be removed. Please make sure your responses are well thought out and address the concern within the question.
Reviews are not moderated by Flowation prior to being posted, if you have a professional listing on Flowation and have an issue with a review posted on your profile please Contact Us.
If you are a public user of Flowation leaving a review please remember reviews are most useful to others when they include specific details of your experience.
We are looking for your personal experience with the professional you hired or had a consultation with. Reviews relating what you’ve heard from someone else are not helpful. Again, the most valuable information for other consumers to help them make decisions on whether to work with the professional you are reviewing is the specifics of what it was like to work with them (i.e. punctuality, politeness, their onboarding process, what their energy felt like, their sincerity, etc.)
Be factually accurate. While you are free to express your opinion, it is important to not exaggerate or misrepresent your experience. Flowation doesn’t verify or investigate reviews, and we don’t take sides when it comes to factual disputes – so we expect you to stand behind your review if the professional files a complaint.
Reviews that include accusations of criminal activity or unethical behavior must include some specific factual details. And the more serious the accusation, the more specific you need to be about what was done wrong.
Please do not leave reviews for professionals with whom you have never personally consulted with. If you received a free consultation with a professional you may leave a review, but please indicate in your review that you only interacted with this professional during a free consultation or discovery call, and did not actually engage their services.
