In this workshop Lee will introduce you to new tools to help you better understand how to process the loss of someone dear, or the experience of death.

  • Teach you how to deal with your grief in a healthy way.

    The grief we experience in relation to death and dying is unique in nature, and can be very unpredictable to nagivate.

  • Help you see how you're dealing with your grief.

    You'll learn how to identify and begin processing all the different emotions you're having.

  • Help you better understand grief.

    Often when we feel lost we unconsciously start to use unhealthy coping mechanisms.

  • Help you make sense of the emotions you're experiencing.

    By introducing you to new tools to being dealing with your grief, that will help you experience transformation in a short period of time.
