You’ll Learn how to:
- review your past intentions, habits and goals and set ones that will help you become more intentional.
- easily learn how to identify what is actually important to you, and how you want to be spending your time.
- create an easy plan for how to follow through on your intentions, and keep track of your progress in a way that feels good.
- approach things if you begin to slip up in your new habits.
In our women- only group you’ll:
