- On the same page fill out the appropriate form(s). You can fill out more than one, and your Customer Success Agent will try to get through as many as they can in the time allotted.
- Book your appointment on this page. We’ll confirm your appointment when we get your form.
- Show up to your appointment on time.
Our Customer Success agents will set up your listing(s) or product(s) before your appointment. You’ll spend up to 90 minutes confirming that everything sounds and looks like it’s in alignment with you, your brand, and how you want to present yourself.
**Our Customer Happiness team members love serving you, but they’re not allowed to coach you. If you get stuck on Step 1 and need help getting clarity on your offers, you can look for our Coaches inside the community, or participate in any of the Hot Seat events we host.**
If you need help with more than 3 items, we suggest you book 2 separate appointments.
